As a scientist and project manager, Victoria draws on professional knowledge in Australian waste regulation, including landfill operations, and environmental protection and waste reduction legislation across the states to deliver industry leading Waste Sector projects for BeneTerra. With a keen eye for detail and adeptness in complex problem-solving, Victoria excels in translating technical information for diverse audiences, facilitating informed decision-making. With a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry and a BSc(Hons) in Medical Chemistry, Victoria's academic background complements her practical skills, making her a formidable asset in any environmental or regulatory context.


Project Manager

Grace is an experienced project manager in construction and deconstruction projects in the oil & gas, waste and government industries over the last 5 years. She has demonstrated leadership and time management skills with a high level of attention to detail with a proven ability to manage and prioritise deliverables effectively. She is highly experienced in estimating, budgeting and forecasting cashflow requirements of projects.


Operations Manager - Water Technologies

Steve began his working career as an automotive mechanic and after 12 years decided to go to university to complete an engineering degree. In 2016, Steve took a position with BeneTerra as Site Supervisor for the Land & Water Services Division, using his experience in maintenance and Engineering and developing his leadership skills, Steve worked to become a BV technician, Engineering Manager and now has the role of Operations Manager of the Water Technologies division.

Tim is a professional Operations Manager working across the Water/ Mechanical/ Earthmoving disciplines in the resource & infrastructure sector. With extensive experience in local & remote location projects in Australia over the last 30 years.

John is an innovative leader in the beneficial reuse of wastewater. He brings over 40 years of experience to wastewater related challenges faced by industry. He has worked with CSG water and holds a patent for a technique for dispersal. He has worked closley with the US Department of Energy and EPA and other research organisations to solve problems in wastewater. John has served as board member and chairman on the National Soil Scientist Certification Board and as a board member for the Council of Soil Science Examiners Board. John is a Certified Professional Soil Scientist in the USA and Australia.
